AMI - Primary, Elementary and Secondary Humanities/Language Guides

Heartwood Montessori, an AMI Recognized school in Mesa, Arizona, is seeking passionate Montessori educators to join our team beginning July 2027. Opportunities are available at the Primary (3–6), Elementary (6–12), and Secondary (12–18) (Humanities/LEA) levels.

We are looking for educators committed to authentic Montessori practice who can create joyful, engaging environments that foster independence, curiosity, kindness, peaceful interactions, and a lifelong love of learning.

Our staff is passionate about implementing authentic AMI Montessori philosophy and practice. Experienced Montessori mentors and school leaders are available to support and coach Guides as they develop their environments and professional practice.

Heartwood also offers opportunities for sponsorship of Montessori training and continued professional development for qualified candidates.

AMI certification is preferred, with consideration given to candidates currently enrolled in an AMI training program. Secondary candidates with Montessori adolescent experience, training, or relevant academic expertise are also encouraged to apply.
