Lead Toddler Teacher

Atlantis Montessori Academy is a growing, community centered Montessori school dedicated to fostering independence, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning. Nestled in the heart of Central Florida, our school serves children from toddler through elementary in a beautiful, nature inspired environment where authentic Montessori principles guide everything we do.

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience working in an authentic Montessori environment and is either AMI-trained or actively working toward their AMI Assistants to Infancy (0–3) Diploma.

Qualifications:

● Experience working with toddlers (18 months–3 years) in a Montessori classroom.

● AMI Assistants to Infancy Diploma preferred, or currently enrolled in an AMI training program.

● A warm, patient, and collaborative approach to working with young children and families.

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● A commitment to maintaining an authentic Montessori environment.
