Spanish Bilingual Primary Guide

Lifetime Montessori School is seeking a bilingual Primary Guide to join our Spanish immersion team. Our immersion model pairs two AMI-trained guides in each classroom — one delivering all instruction in English, one exclusively in Spanish. This is a collaborative, team-taught environment where language consistency is central to the program.

We are a thriving school entering our 20th year, with 4 toddler, 6 primary, and elementary classrooms through 6th grade. Our staff retention says it all — team members have been with us up to 16 years.

Requirements

• AMI Diploma (3–6)
• Native or near-native Spanish fluency
• Heart for authentic Montessori practice

Compensation & Benefits

• $4,200–$5,000/month, based on experience
