The Opportunity

We're seeking a passionate, self-directed Elementary Guide to lead our multi-age classroom beginning August 2026. This is a real opportunity to shape a growing program: you'll have the autonomy to bring your vision to life, backed by full time assistants and a supportive administration that trusts your expertise.

Qualifications

• Montessori elementary certification (AMI, AMS, MACTE, or equivalent) required
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience in a Montessori or child-centered elementary setting is a plus
• A self-starter with strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Genuine passion for Montessori philosophy and continuous growth

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000–$79,000 commensurate with education/experience
