Montessori Lead Guide — Primary (3–6) or Elementary (6–12)
Abintra Montessori School • Nashville, TN • Full-time, starting late July
About Abintra
Abintra Montessori School is an inclusive, humanitarian, science-based Montessori community on an 11-acre campus in Nashville, TN. We trust children’s natural curiosity and develop confident, self-motivated learners who creatively meet the challenges of life. Our campus offers rich outdoor learning—hiking, gardening, archery, and beekeeping—as an extension of the prepared environment.
The role
Abintra is hiring Lead Guides for our Primary (ages 3–6) and Elementary (ages 6–12) programs. In Primary, the Guide prepares a beautiful, orderly environment in which children pursue self-directed work across Practical Life, Sensorial, Language, Mathematics, and Cultural Studies, culminating in the kindergarten year. In Elementary, the Guide brings Cosmic Education and the Five Great Lessons to life through integrated studies, collaborative project work, and “going out” experiences in the wider Nashville community. Both roles use Abintra’s 11-acre campus as a living classroom.
Please indicate in your cover letter which level (Primary or Elementary) you are applying for; candidates open to either are welcome.
