As a Lead Guide, you will:
Lead a fully implemented AMI Primary environment with fidelity to Montessori philosophy
Observe, guide, and support each child’s individual development
Foster a calm, respectful, and engaging classroom community
Build strong, professional relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain accurate records of student progress and development
Participate in ongoing professional development and collaborative staff culture

Required Qualifications
AMI Primary Diploma (ages 3–6) or current enrollment in an AMI training program (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in a Montessori Primary classroom
Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and observation skills
A genuine passion for guiding young children and fostering independence
