As a Lead Guide, you will:

  • Lead a fully implemented AMI Primary environment with fidelity to Montessori philosophy

  • Observe, guide, and support each child’s individual development

Required Qualifications

  • AMI Primary Diploma (ages 3–6) or current enrollment in an AMI training program (required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)

  • Prior experience in a Montessori Primary classroom

  • Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and child development

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and observation skills

  • A genuine passion for guiding young children and fostering independence
