We are seeking a Primary Guide at our beautiful Traverse City Campus. We are a well-established top-tier Montessori school supporting students from 3 months to 15 years old. This role focuses on supporting our 3-6-year population. We look to support every child’s academic, social, and emotional development in alignment with Montessori principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a structured, well-maintained Montessori classroom
• Show empathy, creativity, and the ability to face complex challenges while fostering a supportive environment.
• Guide children’s development and maintain accurate student records
• Communicate regularly with families, including conferences and bi-weekly updates
• Collaborate with assistants, staff, and school leadership
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional growth opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

AMI or AMS Montessori Diploma

Strong organizational and communication skills
