Since 2005, Montessori In Town, an AMI-accredited school, has been a cornerstone of our vibrant, diverse neighborhood in Atlanta. Our reputation for excellence and the strong bonds within our community has meant that our four Primary classrooms remain full. We also have two Toddler and Lower Elementary classrooms and one Upper Elementary classroom. Our dedicated staff don't just work here—they stay, they thrive, and they collaborate in ways that create something special for our students. We're a close-knit, supportive team that values each other as much as we value the children in our care.

We're looking for a passionate Montessori Guide who will:

• Create a warm, inspiring learning environment where children flourish
• Bring energy, creativity, and heart to every day
• Join a supportive team that celebrates collaboration

You might be our perfect fit if you have:

• An AMI Montessori diploma for ages 3-6 (bachelor's degree preferred)
• Several years of experience in a Montessori classroom
• A genuine love for guiding primary-aged learners through their journey of discovery
• Strong communication skills and a warm, engaging presence
• An open-minded, team-oriented approach with colleagues and families
• Authorization to work in the United States
