Toddler and Primary Guides

Following the successful launch of our newest campus in Sterling, Virginia, Aya Montessori is expanding our teaching team. We are a growing, established community deeply committed to authentic AMI Montessori philosophy, serving children from birth to age 6.

Our facility was intentionally built from the ground up with the child in mind. You will step into a beautifully prepared, fully equipped classroom that connects directly to a custom-built nature playground, designed to foster gross motor movement and environmental stewardship. Unique to our school, our authentic Montessori environments are enriched with Arabic language learning and spiritual development through Islamic education.

We are currently seeking Lead Guides for our Toddler (Assistants to Infancy) and Primary classrooms who are passionate about building peaceful, nurturing environments.

Minimum Requirements:

• AMI Diploma (Assistants to Infancy or Primary) or current enrollment in an AMI training program.

• A calm, nurturing presence and strong classroom management skills.

• A deep understanding of and love for authentic Montessori principles.

• An open, respectful mindset, ready to thrive in a bilingual, faith-enriched community.
