AMI Elementary Guide

Fiore Montessori School is in search of a talented and passionate AMI Elementary Guide interested in joining our dedicated faculty and supportive culture. Previous experience is considered a plus, particularly for a person who would be interested in growing into an Elementary Coordinator position on our staff. We are also open to considering AMI training sponsorship for the right individual already trained at the AMI Primary level or with an AMS Elementary background.

Fiore serves children from birth through 9th grade and is conveniently located on two neighborhood campuses, each spanning roughly 4.5 acres and just 20 miles outside of Washington DC. Our lovely elementary environments at both campuses are well-equipped with the full range of Nienhuis materials. We are pleased to have both wooded and grassy outdoor areas for student exploration and physical activities.

Fiore is dedicated to supporting its teachers/guides with competitive salaries, benefits, professional development and growth opportunities. We regularly support our teachers with coaching from AMI trainers and consultants as they establish successful working environments.

Fiore is seeking guides who are inerested in finding a long term home where they can elevate theior practice as guides and build a supportive community. They will receive support from a Pedagogical Director who is expereinced at their level so that they have a mentor to work with and also plenty of freedom to develop their community in an authentic way.
