What you’ll be doing

You’ll partner with the Head of School to ensure our programs, staff, and operations all support a vibrant, AMI-aligned environment. You’ll coach and support guides, strengthen schoolwide systems, and steward a culture of trust, transparency, and professionalism. You’ll help keep the school running smoothly day-to-day while guiding long-term program development.

• Supporting daily operations with clarity and consistency
• Coaching and developing staff to elevate Montessori practice
• Strengthening schoolwide systems and communication
• Partnering on curriculum alignment and program improvement
• Building warm, collaborative relationships with families and staff

You have

• Montessori experience or training that informs your leadership
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience supporting or supervising staff in a school or program setting
• Strong judgment, relational leadership, and calm problem-solving
• Experience managing complex school or organizational systems

It would be nice if

• You’ve taught in a Montessori environment
• You’ve supported hiring, budgeting, or program evaluation
• You have experience with AMI curriculum alignment
