Elementary Lead Guide

Mead Montessori School is seeking an AMI (or AMS) trained elementary guide to help expand our programs. Our community is growing and our thriving combined 6-12 classroom is splitting into lower and upper elementary communities for the upcoming school year.

We are a thriving community of dedicated Montessorians with a dedicated and supportive parent community. We are looking for a positive, warm and hard working elementary trained guide to join our amazing team. 

Mead Montessori School is located on one acre of land and connected to 150 acres of wilderness owned by a neighboring nature center. Weekly hikes and endless nature opportunities abound!

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• AMI certification- or in process. Would consider AMS certification. 
• Strong relationship building skills with students, parents and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
• A desire to work collaboratively with our team of dedicated Montessori educators.
